125,000 Barrels Per Day Warri Refinery Goes Live
This was uncovered by the Gathering CEO of the Nigerian Public Petrol Organization Restricted (NNPCL), Mele Kyari during a visit through the office on Monday.
Before the visit through the office started, Kyari was seen tending to the group, saying “We are taking you through our plant. This plant is running. Despite the fact that it isn’t 100% finished, we are still simultaneously. Many individuals think these things are not genuine. They think genuine articles are impractical in this country. We believe you should see that this is genuine,” Kyari said.
Among the visit group was the CEO of the Nigerian Halfway and Downstream Petrol Administrative Power (NMDPRA), Farouk Ahmen.
Situated at the Ekpan, Uwvie, and Ubeji, Warri, the Petrochemical plant produces 13,000 million tons for each annum (MTA) of polypropylene and 18,000 MTA of carbon dark.
Authorized in 1978 and oversaw by the NNPCL, the WRPC was worked to supply markets in the south and southwest districts of Nigeria.
