I’m not distracted by Rivers crisis – Wike

The Clergyman of the Government Capital Domain, Nyesom Wike, says he isn’t diverted by the continuous emergency in Streams State yet rather he is centered around his obligations as a pastor.

Wike expressed this while assessing undertakings to be introduced in the country’s capital on Friday, May 17. The previous Legislative head of Streams State and his replacement, Lead representative Siminalyi Fubara, have been in constant disagreement since October 2023, when a few legislators in the state started denunciation procedures against the lead representative.

While tending to writers during the examination visit on Abuja, that’s what wike expressed assuming he had been diverted, a portion of the tasks that he noted were fit to be initiated wouldn’t be imaginable.

“I’m not occupied. On the off chance that I’m diverted, you won’t see this presentation here. I center around my work. I’m the Priest of the FCT, and the works are going on. All in all, how could I be occupied? I don’t you dare all,” he said
