80-Year-Old Woman Dies As Fire Guts Building In Ogu
A 80 years of age lady distinguished as Mariam Salako has been affirmed dead in a fire episode that happened in Ifelodun Agoka region in Abeokuta.
Representative of the Ogun State Police Order, Omolola Odutola said the discharge happened at around 1:00 am on Saturday.
Odutola noticed that while the one who lived in the structure kicked the bucket, one Baba Ali, whose age is yet to be distinguished, was protected through a window by local area individuals.
She noticed that the reason for the discharge was at this point to be known and the fast reaction of the Ogun State Shoot Administration managed it.
She said, “Around 1:00 am, a misery call was made with respect to a structure ablaze situated at No. 28 Ifelodun Prior Ka region in Abeokuta.
“The Region Leader expeditiously drove a group of cops to the site while the fire administration was called for help. The Ogun State Shoot Administration immediately answered and figured out how to manage the discharge.
“Tragically, an older lady, Mariam Salako, matured 80, who lived in the structure, couldn’t get away and kicked the bucket in the fire episode.”
Odutola expressed that the remaining parts of the departed had been kept at the funeral home.
