U.S. Lawmaker Proposes Bill To Ban Male Ejaculation Without Intent To Impregnate

An American state congressperson, Bradford Blackmon, has proposed a bill named the “Contraception Starts at Erection Act” before the Mississippi senate that will forbid men from discharging without the aim of impregnating a lady.

As per WLBT News, the bill set forward by the liberal legislator, whenever passed into regulation, looks to make it “unlawful for an individual to release hereditary material without the aim to treat an incipient organism.”

Mr Blackmon contended that all contraception charges that are being passed in the US, particularly Mississippi, are centered around ladies’ jobs, and he desires to carry men’s jobs into discussion with the bill.
