Telecom Tariff Hike: NLC Suspends Proposed Protest

The Nigeria Work Congress (NLC) has suspended its proposed fight over the 50% expansion in media transmission levy, News360 Nigeria reports.

The NLC had on Wednesday last week pronounced that it will set out on a cross country mass meeting on Tuesday February 4, 2025, in dissent of the 50% telecom duty increment as of late supported by the Nigerian Correspondences Commission (NCC).
