Yahaya Bello controls court swarm as judge irately stops hearing over issue

The appointed authority directing the arraignment of the previous lead representative and two others, rose unexpectedly and declared not to return until mental soundness was reestablished in the court.

FCT High Court, Abuja, judge, Maryanne Anenih, irately left the court Wednesday morning over boisterousness brought about by allies of the previous Kogi state lead representative, Yahaya Bello.

Ms Anenih, regulating the arraignment of the previous lead representative and two others, rose unexpectedly and declared not to return until mental stability was reestablished in the court.

The adjudicator further inquired “anybody not associated with the case, including legal counselors, ought to leave the court.”

Soon after the adjudicator left the court, Mr Bello, who sat in the first column of the court, hopped up and moved to the group, for the most part his allies, stopping up the court from the entryway.

He quickly guided his allies to abandon their seats and leave the court.
