A lady, Wuraola Surajudeen, on Wednesday implored a Region Court in Ilorin, Kwara State, to give her separation fourteen days after her union with her better half, Surajudeen Iya-Onitasi on grounds of “absence of affection and warmth.”
She let the court know that she was once hitched before her wedding to Iya-Onitasi, NAN reports.
“I separated from my previous spouse because of strain from my mom. My previous spouse turned into a radical after our marriage and my folks were against him. I was acquainted with my current spouse and we got along without a hitch, however following the marriage, I created scorn for him,” she said.
The litigant let the court know that his significant other went out without his assent, saying that she was burnt out on the marriage.
He, nonetheless, said that he took a stab at various events to perfect the association however she would not permit him, so he let her be.
“I maintain that she should repay the N20,000 endowment I paid for her hand in marriage,” he said.
The Directing Adjudicator, Hammed Ajumonbi requested the candidate to repay the do.
Mr Ajumonbi concluded the case until December 4 for proclamation of separation.
