Shooters killed a man recognized as Splendid Ezechukwu, under 24 hours to his wedding in Ihiala Nearby Government Area of Anambra State.

As per Everyday Trust, Brilliant had gone to get his life partner, Chinwendu, in Ihiala town, joined by his best man and the central bridesmaid, on November 22, 2024, when the misfortune happened.

Splendid and Chinwendu’s wedding was booked to hold for Saturday, November 23.

It was accumulated that Splendid, his life partner and two others were getting back to the Uli people group in a similar Ihiala Nearby Government Region when the shooters struck, shooting Brilliant d3ad.

Brilliant’s more youthful sibling said: “Splendid was conveying one of the bridesmaids, while his best man conveyed Splendid’s better half. Splendid was following the guard of bikes behind. He halted at Ezego intersection in Ihiala to fuel his cruiser, uninformed that he was setting out toward d3ath

“His best man and other people who were riding ahead thought Brilliant was coming behind until they got to Abbott Young men Auxiliary School, Ihiala, along the Onitsha-Owerri express street. They found Brilliant was not following them and taken a stab at calling his telephone, but rather it was done going through.

“Wondering for no specific reason, the best man switched and went looking for Splendid, just to find him lying in a pool of blood at Ezego intersection. Splendid had been shot two times in the head along the Onitsha-Ihiala-Owerri turnpike, simply inverse Sky Sovereign Gas Station close to Okohia intersection“

An observer affirmed that the unidentified attackers, numbering two and riding a cruiser, shot Splendid d3ad.

As per the observer, the attackers directed Splendid to pause and surrender everything in his control, including his telephones, possessions, and cruiser.

“They took every one of his things nevertheless killed him. Splendid was a thoughtful individual who might promptly give you his nourishment for harmony to rule. These gangsters took everything from him, remembering the nourishment for a carafe they planned to eat that evening,” the observer said.

“In any event, when Splendid begged them to allow him to live, as he was going to marry, they shot him dead, denying him the delight of being a spouse and a blissful man.”
