Five arraigned for stealing Milo worth N25m in Ogun
Five men have been charged under the watchful eye of an Ota Justices’ Court in Ogun State for supposedly taking a truck heap of Milo items worth N25 million.
The litigants, Temidire Ramon, 35, Aminu Yusuf, 26; Olusola Opadare, 35; Oludayo Adeleye, 38, and Amodu Jimoh, 51, who were summoned on Monday, are being investigated on a two-count charge of taking and trick.
As per the examiner, the litigants committed the offenses on October 13, 2020, at Agbara in Ogun.
Adaraloye, expressed that the litigants contrived and took a truck heap of Milo items esteemed at N25 million, having a place with Settle Organization.
He noticed that the offenses negated Segments 390(9) and 516 of the Crook Code Laws of Ogun, 2006.
The litigants anyway argued not blameworthy to the charge.
The Justice, Mr O.A Onagoruwa, in truth them bail in the amount of N500,000 each with two guarantees each in like total.
