Court grants Sowore, Kanu’s lawyer and others bail
A magistrate court docket sitting in Kuje, Abuja, has granted bail to baby-kisser and activist Omoyele Sowore, along several protesters arrested all through the #FreeNnamdiKanuNow protest in the Federal Capital Territory.

Others are Aloy Ejimakor, counsel for the detained leader of the outlawed Indigenous human beings of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu; his brother, Prince Emmanuel Kanu and 11 others.
The court, presided over by way of Justice of the Peace Abubakar Umar Sai’I’d, issued the bail order on Friday after the defendants have been arraigned on charges bordering on illegal meeting and disturbance of public peace.
The Justice of the Peace granted Sowore and the opposite protesters bail inside the sum of N500,000 every, concern to the situation that they gift a confirmed countrywide identity number (NIN).
