A landlord has cried out after his tenant reportedly broken 10 ceilings after paying ₦100k warning rate.

‎The incident passed off after the tenant demanded money back of the ₦100k warning fee, which the owner insisted used to be non-refundable.

‎The incident was once shared on the facebook web page of humans’s Parliament.

previous to the incident, the owner confirmed the tenant an settlement structure he signed, pointing out the caution rate was once non-refundable.

in the end, during an inspection of the tenant’s apartment day after today, two ceilings were damaged in the sitting room, one in the room, two in the toilet, and 2 inside the kitchen.
