A woman has shared a strange discovery after she discovered a carved timber effigy of a person and woman tied collectively, washed up through floodwaters.

consistent with her, the figures gave the look of they had been deliberately certain with ropes, with the names “Emeka” and “Beatrice” boldly written on them.

She decided to untie the effigy, pronouncing she couldn’t just go away it that way.
