Administrator of the House Committee on Information, Alhaji Shamsudeen Bosko who uncovered this on Tuesday February 15, kept up with that the prosecution cycle was in accordance with Section 188(5)(7) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, “subsequently no court can stop” it.
Bosko noticed that 18 of the 24 lawmakers casted a ballot for the movement at entire when charges of monetary unfortunate behavior, disobedience and inability to perform relegated obligations were brought before the house.
This is coming after a Federal High Court in Abuja fixed March 10 for becoming aware of a suit by the appointee lead representative, looking to stop his prosecution by the State House of Assembly.
