“Makes a threatening, hostile, or scaring climate for an understudy by making spontaneous or unseemly lewd gestures, or by mentioning sexual blessings; or

“Coordinates, works with, helps, or urges someone else to participate in any demonstration of lewd behavior as characterized under this Bill; or

“Shows sends, or disperses any type of physically express or intriguing material, including pictures, recordings, or items, to an understudy through any medium; or

“Offers verbal or non-verbal comments, remarks, or tokens of a sexual sort, or any comments or lead planned to debase, embarrass, or body disgrace an understudy in light of their actual appearance; or

As per the bill, “Any individual who commits any of the offenses or acts determined in Proviso 4 (1), (2) and (3) of this Bill is at real fault for an offense of crime and will, on conviction, be condemned to a detainment term of as long as 14 years however at the very least 5 years, without a choice of a fine”.
