Senate confirms appointment of Oluyede as COAS

The Senate today, Dec. 3, affirmed the designation of Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede for arrangement as Head of Armed force Staff.

The affirmation followed the thought of reports by the Director of the sense council on Armed force, Sen. Yar’ adua, Abdulaziz Musa (Katsina Focal).

The board of trustees’ proposals were collectively embraced by the upper chamber.

Lieutenant General Oluyede was selected to go about as the Head of Armed force Staff following the disease and ensuing demise of Lt. Gen. Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja.
