Six Students, Driver Killed As Trailer Rams Into Kogi University Shuttle Bus

Six understudies of Government College Lokoja, FUL, and a driver have been dreaded dead as an enunciated vehicle slammed into the establishment’s van transport on Monday.

As per an observer, the episode happened at about around 2.30 pm on Monday.

Everyday POST assembled that six understudies including the driver of the FUL transport lost their lives during the mishap.

As indicated by the source, the verbalized vehicle was conveying woods and Jerry jars of palm oil heading towards the Abuja pivot.

“Sadly, the driver let completely go and slammed into the FUL transport previously topped off with understudies and was going to pass them on to school.

“The bus transport was squashed by the verbalized vehicle,” the source said.

Officials of the Government Street Security Commission, FRSC,were on ground to protected a few casualties that were caught under the explained vehicle.

The Kogi State Area Commandant of the FRSC, Samuel Oyedeji who drove his group to the location of the mishap couldn’t affirm the quantities of setbacks in the mishap.

While noticing that bodies have been stored in the mortuary for recognizable proof, the area leader, notwithstanding, revealed that those that were harmed have been moved to Government Showing Clinic, Lokoja, and Kogi State Expert Emergency clinic for treatment.
