“They said it would cost ₦2m to fix my car, I anointed the engine and it worked” — Bishop Abioye recounts experience
A senior clergyman, Bishop Abioye, has sparked blended reactions online after recounting how he allegedly resolved a first-rate vehicle fault via pouring anointing oil at the engine as opposed to replacing spare parts.
according to the bishop, mechanics had informed him that repairing the defective vehicle would require spare elements worth approximately ₦two million, but he chose a one-of-a-kind method.
“when they inform me my vehicle is giving any hassle, I tell them to deliver oil for me. I open the engine, this is the top of the vehicle, and pour it inside. Then I tell it to act.”
The bishop explained that on one occasion, after being instructed the automobile wanted expensive replacement parts, he prayed over the engine, anointed it with oil, commanded it to paintings in Jesus’ name, and requested the mechanics to begin it.
He claimed that when the prayer, the car reportedly started out running, which he described as a testimony of trust in place of mechanical intervention.
Bishop Abioye additionally urged believers now not to allow challenges overwhelm them, pronouncing faith can triumph over conditions that appear impossible.
