Yahaya Bello Released After Meeting Bail Conditions
Previous Kogi State Lead representative Yahaya Bello has been set free from Kuje Custodial Center in the wake of meeting the bail conditions set by the Government Capital Domain High Court in Maitama, Abuja.
This was affirmed by the representative for the Nigerian Restorative Assistance, FCT Order, Adamu Duza, to PUNCH Online on Friday night.
Duza said, “Yahaya Bello has been delivered subsequent to meeting the bail conditions. He was delivered tonight (Friday).”
“The Regulator of NCoS FCT, Ajibogun Olatubosun, was on the ground to guarantee his smooth delivery and that all conventions were noticed.”
Bello was allowed abandon Thursday by Equity MaryAnne Anenih in the amount of N500m.
The circumstances included giving three guarantees, each claiming property in select high-esteem areas of Abuja, like Maitama, Guzape, or Asokoro.
The court additionally requested Bello to give up his identification and confined his movement outside Nigeria without earlier authorization.
