Nigerian on-line persona and entrepreneur, Adeife, has stirred large reactions on line after declaring that authentic feminism requires monetary independence, not simply on line activism.

Adeife says feminism isn’t pretty much tweeting rates or posting empowering messages online. actual empowerment comes from having choices, and alternatives frequently come with money.

“you could’t be a feminist if you’re broke. cash is what makes a female effective. you can’t be empowered barring the strategy of empowerment, that is money.”

She defined that economic dependence is why many ladies live in bad relationships, unfulfilling jobs, or demanding conditions.
